The Roots Salon website and its related products and services (together referred to as the “Website”) are owned and operated by Roots Salon, (“Salon”). These Terms and Conditions of Use, along with any additional disclaimers, policies, amendments, or supplements, and Salon’s Privacy Policy referenced herein, collectively form the “Agreement.” This Agreement governs your access to and use of this Website, your attempted use of the products and services offered through the Website, and any order you place via the Website, by phone, or through other purchasing methods.
By using this Website, you consent to be bound by this Agreement, which is enforceable as if you had physically signed it.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR PLACE AN ORDER FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE AVAILABLE ON IT.THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE, MEANING YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT ANY CLAIM (DEFINED IN SECTION 18 BELOW) TO BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF GOING TO COURT. IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT OF THIS MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE, SECTION 18 BELOW EXPLAINS THE PROCEDURES YOU MUST FOLLOW. THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE ALSO INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, SIGNIFYING YOUR AGREEMENT TO PURSUE ANY CLAIM INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

Cancelations and No Show Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Appointments with less than 24 hour notice or no-show will result in a charge fee of 100% the price of the scheduled appointment.​
